Yoga Beyond Yoga Class Schedule
Listed below is the full range of classes available to you:
Tue 2pm; Dynamic and Restful class at BAYoga studio, 1 hr. Tue 7:30pm; Hatha Yoga, Deep Relax, Kings Langley,1 hr 15 Wed 9:15am; Energetic practice at BAYoga studio, 1 hr. Wed 7:30pm; Hatha Yoga at Tring Community Centre, 1hr 15 Thur 6pm; Beginners Yoga at Northchurch Social Centre, 1 hr 15 Thur 7:30pm; Hatha Yoga, Deep Relax, Northchurch Social Ctr,1hr15
Class fees: £10 drop in/single class fee. £30 per month for one class per week. £50 per month for two classes per week £50 for one-to-one sessions or private group(up to 5 people) Should you not be able to attend your regular class, you can reserve your place at any of the other classes. Venue addresses; Northchurch Social Centre,Bell Lane, Northchurch, Berkhamsted, HP43RD. Tring Community Centre, Silk Mill Way, Tring, HP235EP. Unit 6, Monaco Works, Station Road, Kings Langley, WD48LQ. A Yoga mat can be provided, although do bring your own cosy blanket for Relaxation J J Tuesday Afternoon 2pm at Bayoga, High Street Berkhamsted J Other classes in Kings langley on Tuesday evening, Tring Town on Wednesday evening and Northchurch on Thursdays (Beginners 6:30pm,Hatha 7:30pm). Hatha Yoga – A strong yet gentle practice with relaxation to end J Wednesday andThursday Mornings 9’15am £10 J Ashtanga Yoga – A dynamic practice will get the body moving
